Bear in mind, though, that we're a small business and that the telephone isn't always manned (or womanned?). There's an ansaphone on the telephone - if you hang on long enough to get through the whirring and whistling - it hasn't switched to the FAX, it's just checking that you're not one! And we will always respond to e-mails within 24 working hours

DELIVERY OF OUR PRODUCTS

  1. Majjie's Kitchen Design Guides are available to download as PDF files as soon as you have paid for them via the Shopping Cart
  2. Our Bronze Kitchen Design Service is also paid for via the Shopping Cart and you will be able to download a pdf file entitled: "What to Do Next" once we have received your payment. The main thing is to get in touch and provide us with all the information we need about your new kitchen. Once we have the details we'll be able to give you some indication of how long it will take to get the first design proposal to you. If you're paying for a hard copy of your design, then we'll post it as soon as possible, after you have confirmed that you're happy with it. 
  3. For Majjie's Kitchen Art the canvases are made to order and are not kept in stock. Confirmation of your order doesn't reflect the status of that order. We will make every endeavour to deliver your pictures within 14 days, but please allow 30 days. If we are unable to deliver within 30 days, then you will have the option to cancel your order.  Sorry but we can't guarantee a particular delivery date.

You must give us a valid delivery address, in order for us to deliver any Product to you and it is your responsibility to make sure that address is correct. If we have given you an estimated delivery date and nothing arrives, please let us know. We can re-send hard copies of our designs but will need to chase the courier, in the event that any canvas pictures go missing.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PICTURES

The canvas pictures are sent out in good condition and are extremely well packaged but if any should prove to be damaged when they arrive, please inform the courier immediately. Do NOT accept any damaged goods from the courier without a written acknowledgement of the damage.

Damaged goods must be returned directly to our manufacturers within 7 days, so get in touch with us immediately and let us know what's happening. We will give you a full refund, if that's what you'd like (please allow 14 days), or ... once the damaged pictures have been returned (at our cost) ... we'll send out replacements at no extra cost.

We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage once the pictures have been delivered.

AFFILIATE PRODUCTS

If you have any problems with affiliate products which feature in our shop then do please let us know ... but there is very little we can do, except make enquiries on your behalf. In the first instance, it would probably be better to contact the supplier direct.
