Neff - a brand closely associated with good quality cooking - has introduced a new feature to two of it's oven models. The B46C74 (shown above) is a top of the range Series 5 oven, whilst the B45C42 (pictured below) is at a slightly lower price point, in Neff's Series 3 ovens.
The new feature is called AquaAssist and it involves a water tank with a two stage pump system to provide humidity management during cooking. You can select one of three humidity levels - and can also make further adjustments during cooking - to add extra moisture to the food and improve the texture. The idea behind it, is that different types of food react differently to moisture during cooking and that optimum cooking results require different moisture levels.

Both models feature Neff's slideaway door - a great feature for small kitchens - and the Revolution handle which makes using the door really easy - even for built under ovens:

In addition, the Series 5 model has the glare free NeffLight - which means that you should be able to see what's happening in your oven without opening the door - and the telescopic FlexiRail system with full extension, non-tip shelves.
Both ovens are multi-function but the Series 5 model has a few extra choices - like bread baking, dough proving, keep warm and plate warming ... as well as a steam setting for use with the optional System Steamer accessory. I'm guessing that, with the steamer, you'd have a huge range of cooking options to choose from - including full steam cooking - although there aren't many details available about the AquaAssist as yet ... maybe having the System Steamer (shown below) would be overkill? But it could be a great way of getting the most functions out of one single oven.

Neither oven is exactly cheap since both will cost over £1,000 - the Series 5 model more like £1,350 - with an extra £230, or so, for the System Steamer. I bet the food would taste good, though.
