If you live in Nottingham, then you get a slightly better kitchen design service than those who live further afield. That's not because we think you deserve a better deal - necessarily - but because it takes less time to visit you at your home (and time is money for those providing a service). Obviously, we also have more contacts amongst kitchen suppliers locally than we do further afield ... and can usually recommend a suitable supplier for your kitchen.

Initial Visit

If you live in Nottingham, then an initial visit to discuss the kitchen is free. You can meet Marion, see how you get on and have a look at some of her work. She'll give you any help and advice that she can ... but if you'd like her to do a kitchen design for you, then you'll need to part with some cash (or, actually a cheque would be fine) before she leaves (or you can pay on-line, if you're having the Bronze Design Service). You can choose the Bronze or Silver Design Services (the Gold Service is not applicable to Nottingham). How far does Nottingham stretch? Well - not too far - maximum 25 minutes drive say (from NG8 6PP - according to Google).

Nottingham Bronze Design Service

The Bronze Design Service works in exactly the same way, in Nottingham, as it does anywhere else. If you have an average sized kitchen and are looking for standard units, then you pay just £150 and your CAD plan and visualisations will be sent by e-mail. Further discussions and alterations to the plan are all carried out by e-mail.

The difference is ... that you've already had a free home visit to discuss the kitchen ... before the designing starts. There's no doubt that a personal discussion of your needs and wishes is a great help in coming up with the best kitchen design for you and your family. Clients who live further afield only get a home visit with the Silver Service.

Nottingham Silver Design Service

The Silver Design service normally includes a home visit to discuss the kitchen before the design is undertaken but ... in Nottingham ... you will already have had that visit for free. So, for you lucky Nottingham residents, the £250 you pay for our Silver Design Service includes a second visit to your home, to go through the initial plan with you. You get the benefit of seeing your kitchen in 3D and having a virtual tour, before the final plan ... including any modifications agreed on that second visit ... is sent to you by e-mail.

Additional Fees

Additional fees are in line with those charged for our other design services:

• £25 for a hard copy of your final kitchen specification, plan and pictures ... with the pictures printed onto glossy paper (sent in the post - or sometimes delivered by hand, locally)
• there are additional fees for particularly time consuming designs (complicated or large rooms and more sophisticated kitchen styles such as inset-framed doors). The extra time is charged at £25 per hour ... but only after you've already had one preliminary design for the kitchen. You are always guaranteed one kitchen plan within the standard price.
