If you haven't actually heard of JML Direct, you've almost certainly seen some of their promotions. They started out as a family company doing in-store promotions and videos but are now very involved in tv shopping.

At one time I might have turned my nose up at a lively, very price conscious company like JML Direct ... which concentrates on kitchen gadgets and gizmos and bright colourful promotions. They also use a certain type of loud, sing song, male voice-over, on their videos - which I find a bit off-putting. Perhaps I'm just a snob!

There's one huge advantage to their website, though ... they allow customer feedback! Only the best companies do that - because they're bound to get some negative feedback - but it's a great way of finding out which of their kitchen gadgets and accessories are really useful ... and which aren't! JML also have a good guarantee and returns policy. Those are the reasons why we've added them to our suppliers.
