Gloss Kitchens Still Going Strong

Gloss kitchens don't show any sign of going out of fashion. Crown Imperial launched three new colours in their Rialto range, at the end of last year; Salmon, Oxygen and Chocolate; following the launch of Titanium, Plum and Gold earlier in the year.

Crown already had; white, oyster, silver, sky blue, anthracite, black, dark blue, cappucino, yellow, orange, red and burgundy in the Rialto range, which has a good quality, high gloss, acrylic finish to the doors (a step up in quality - but also in price - from high gloss vinyl doors).

Crown have also produced a new brochure just featuring the Rialto doors ... although the colour reproduction leaves a bit to be desired in some cases. Salmon looks like a cross between orange and red, Oxygen is a metallic blue-grey ... and Chocolate is self explanatory! Best to get a sample door to be sure that the colour is right for you.

The picture shows Rialto Titanium with Valenza, a real walnut veneer door. I really like the combination of high gloss with a more matt wood finish (whether it's real veneer or a wood effect)
