A black background gives these pictures great impact in the kitchen and the vegetable theme is, of course, a great reminder of what the kitchen should be all about ... good healthy food! We think the colours and shapes of vegetables can be very striking - have a look and see if you agree.

There's a definite hint of maroon and dark red, in our purple theme vegetables, but we reckon they go well together and blending related colours adds subtlety to a colour scheme. Here we have turnips, red cabbage and red onions.
