I fondly imagine that lots of you have been on tenterhooks waiting for this new site ... and here it is! (Don't ruin my fantasy).

The site isn't finished but I think there's enough here to make it useful for those of you who are interested in kitchens, are planning to have a new kitchen in the future, or are about to go out and buy one.

We need more entries for the "Kitchen Brands", "Kitchen Retail Suppliers" and "Good Kitchen Fitters" pages ... but it seemed to make sense to wait until the site was up and running before inviting more businesses to appear. Entries on those pages are a bit like adverts ... but businesses can only appear by invitation. If you feel that any of the entries shouldn't be there ... then please let us know and explain why not.

We'll be adding "Majjie's Shopping Pages" in the future, to tempt you with some lovely kitchen accessories ... but we'll never be selling actual kitchens. This site is an information site for kitchens, not a sales site. We do sell kitchen design services, of course ... but the site is more than just a showcase for our design services ... it's a source of independent information and advice on kitchens and kitchen design. We're also often asked for recommendations for kitchen accessories, kitchen gifts, colour schemes and such like ... and that's exactly what Majjie's Shopping Pages will do.

There will also be new versions of Majjie's Kitchen Design Guide, for those of you who want help to design your own kitchen and advice on how to buy a kitchen. It's being divided up into smaller sections, so that you don't have to buy the whole thing if you don't need it all. Everything is explained on the page: Majjie's Kitchen Design Guides.
