Phew! I'm a bit rushed off my feet at the moment. I'm helping out at a local showroom, whose designer left at short notice. I wouldn't do that for any old kitchen company ... but I like this one ... and I think they do provide good value for money. They're certainly very busy and a lot of the customers come from recommendations ... always a good sign.

In some ways it's nice to be back at the coal face - so to speak - trying to keep the displays clean (when there's a busy road outside), dealing with deliveries, answering the phone and talking to customers who walk in ... but I'm glad it's only two days a week!  That's partly because I need to get out and see kitchens and get my designs done ... partly because, of course, independent kitchen design is my real love ... and partly because I'd really like to get on and do some more work on this web site.

I know there are still lots of errors to sort out - so apologies to those of you who get "page not found messages" and the like. Do e-mail me if you notice anything in particular and I'll try to get it sorted. I also know that the directories of kitchen brands and suppliers and fitters are all a bit empty ... but I don't want to rush it ... so please bear with me. We'll get there in the end.
